General Information
Q: What year and type/model/make of RVs are allowed to book with us?
A: There is no specific year requirement. However, RVs must meet a quality standard determined by management. The RV should be in good overall condition with no taped windows, falling apart sections, and must be self-contained.
Q: Are there campsite restrictions?
A: Yes, only RVs are allowed. Tents and sleeping on the ground are prohibited.
Reservations and Booking
Q: What Time is Check-In or Check-Out?
A: Check-In is 2PM for RVs, and 4PM for Yurts. Check-Out is 11AM for all
Q: How old do guests need to be to book with us?
A: Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
Q: Can guests book a monthly rate? How long can guests make a reservation?
A: Currently, the maximum stay is 14 days per site.
Q: Will the free RV gravel lot at Angel of the Winds Casino Resort still be available to people who don’t book at the RV Resort?
A: Yes, the free RV gravel lot at Angel of the Winds Casino Resort will still be available for those who want a dry spot without access to any resort amenities. This lot is not associated with the RV Resort.
Amenities and Facilities
Q: What are the Clubhouse and Sundry Store hours?
A: The Clubhouse and Sundry Store are open daily, 8AM – 10PM.
Q: Are the yurts pet-friendly?
A: Yes, yurts are pet-friendly with a $50 nonrefundable fee per stay. Pets must not be left unattended in yurts and excessive barking is not allowed.
Q: Do the yurts have a TV and coffee machine?
A: Yes, the yurts are equipped with a TV and a coffee machine.
Q: Can guests who are staying at the hotel use the amenities at the RV Resort?
A: No, hotel guests cannot use the RV Resort amenities.
Q: Can guests who spend the day at the casino use the amenities at the RV Resort?
A: No, only RV Resort guests have access to its amenities.
Q: Do we have RV Resort gift certificates?
A: Not yet, but they may be available in the future.
Q: Do I need to bring my own sports equipment?
A: Pickleball and Putt Putt Golf equipment is available at the clubhouse.
Security and Safety
Q: Will there be security on-site at the RV Resort?
A: Currently, there is no dedicated on-site security. However, Stillaguamish Tribal Police (STP) will conduct hourly patrols after hours, and team members will be present overnight to assist with noise complaints, emergencies, late check-ins, etc.
Prohibited Items and Activities
The following are prohibited at our RV Resort:
- Fires outside of a suitable fire pit (firewood is available for purchase at the clubhouse)
- Tents or sleeping on the ground
- Carpets or mats on lawns
- Clotheslines
- Smoking in any of our facilities
- Washing of RVs, except front windows
- Oil changes or vehicle repair work
- Storage under RVs or vehicles
- On-street parking (fire code prohibits this)
- Parking in vacant sites
- Drones
- Motorized scooters
- Trampolines, bounce houses, portable pools
- External generators
- Flags, except for American Military Branches, American Flag, and Tribal Flags (flown correctly)
